Verbal irony: a challenge for authorial acting
Abstrakt: Tento článek se zaměřuje na fenomén verbální ironie a jeho možné sepětí s autorským herectvím. Verbální ironie je nejprve odlišena od ostatních druhů ironie a popsána z lingvistické a filosofické pozice. Ve druhé části textu je verbální ironie nahlížena z perspektivy vybraných psychosomatických disciplín. Autor zkoumá, do jaké míry je ironie součástí autorského herectví a jakou roli hraje "na jevišti" či jako součást psychosomatického tréninku.
Abstract: This article focuses on the phenomenon of verbal irony and its possible connection to authorial acting. Firstly, verbal irony is differentiated from other kinds of irony and described from the linguistic and philosophical point of view. In the second part of the text, verbal irony is viewed from the perspective of selected psychosomatic disciplines. The author explores this question: to what extend is irony part of authorial acting and what role does it play in the stage form or as part of psychosomatic training.
